Unlike most Internet retailers, we stock everything we sell. We will ship your order anywhere in the USA from our warehouse in California. Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours!
In the event that an item you order is unavailable, we will notify you either by phone or email. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for both your shipping and billing address or your order could be delayed for verification.
All items are professionally packed to ensure safe shipment. Currently, Local Pickup/Will Call is only available for orders over $1,000 or wholesale purchases.
Shipping - USA
For shipments outside of the U.S. or Canada, please email us for a quote. For International shipments, the package recipient will pay all applicable duties, taxes and customs fees. Tax No tax in California. Tax is actually included in the price since we are required by law to collect sales taxes on shipments where we are located: California. This tax will be included as part of the shipping & handling charges. For Canada shipments, we will pay all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. Payment Options We welcome MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Personal Check, Cashier's Check, or a Postal Money Order in U.S. funds. Las Tunas Dr. Temple City, CA 91780 Return Policy All sales are final, No refunds, exchanges, or credits. If merchandise is defective, we will replace it with the same item. Defective item or content discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of delivery. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by email or phone. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for any returned merchandise. Buyer must contact us for a RMA # prior to shipping it back. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused and rejected. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. Item must be shipped back in new, ready-to-sell condition and properly packed. Units returned and found not to be defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please note that we do not support the use of third party illegal software. If you load third party software onto your receiver, you are taking the chance of damaging the receiver and are voiding your manufacturer's warranty by doing so. All FTA receivers are intended for legal use only to receive FTA (Free-To-Air) Public channels only. Packages which are returned to us will be refused and the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping. If you have any issues with your FTA receiver, please contact the manufacturer directly for support. Return Procedure You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be obtained by emailing support@shop4fta.com. Shop4FTA.com will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the shipping box. |
